As a highly creative design studio, Rothelowman had already developed the concept of their dream office at 241 Commonwealth Street. TRUE was engaged in a Construction Management capacity to assist Rothelowman in understanding the cost of their design which allowed them to value engineer their design to marry their creative goals with their real-world budget.
