Opal Aged Care’s lease was expiring at 135 King St. and they took the opportunity to move offices to accommodate their growing team.
The space already had a partial fitout in place, presenting an opportunity to save costs and help reduce their carbon footprint by reconfiguring the current fitout to suit their needs. Because of the high density work environment, they choose to break-up the space with beautiful lush greenery, adding a natural touch and bringing in a fresh-air scent to the overall office.
The result was an amazing bright space which included a big kitchen and break-out area where employees can find comfy benches against amazing views to bring their laptop and work for a change in scenery. The handover was very successful and the client couldn't wait to present the space to the team.
